Every product you buy from us must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately for replacement or refund.  If you recieve a damaged or defective product, and contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, we will either replace the item or give you a 100% refund.  If you receive an item that you are not happy with but is not defective or different from the item description we will return your money minus shipping cost.

SHIPPING

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL WITH PROCESSING AND WITH THE UPS SHIPPING.  IF THEY DESPERATELY NEED TO BE THERE BEFORE CHRISTMAS PLEASE EMAIL US AND WE CAN TELL YOU IF THEY WILL BE THERE.  MOST ORDERS ARE TAKING AROUND 7- 15 DAYS.  

Most items ship UPS straight from the warehouse to you!  Each item has different shipping times, please check out each item description for the shipping times.  Shipping times do NOT include processing.  Please allow 5-10 days for processing and shipping on most orders.
